WHO WE ARE

The Residences at Plainview was renovated from a former extended-stay Marriott hotel to capture the unique needs, style, and personality that is reflective of the present and future senior population.

Prior to this development, however, this was the site of a former elementary school. Central Park Road School closed in the mid–1970s.

While the building stood for some time, the site was revitalized and re-established.

We are thrilled to call this locale our home for the foreseeable future by providing a necessary commodity sought by seniors throughout Long Island, throughout the country, and throughout the world.

Our goal is to create a sustainable and fulfilling destination for 55+ adults who are looking for more than just a home, but a worry-free environment that includes friendships, fun, and forever family.

OUR LOCATION

Our senior rental community is right off the Seaford-Oyster Bay Expressway (Route 135) and is easily accessible by using many of Long Island’s major roadways including the Long Island Expressway (I-495), Northern State Parkway, and Southern State Parkway and Old Country Road.

The Residences at Plainview is close to major shopping. dining, medical services, parks, beaches, and entertainment. Some of these destinations include Broadway Commons Mall, Roosevelt Field Mall, Jones Beach, Nassau Coliseum, UBS Arena, Old Westbury Gardens, and various colleges and universities. 

While our concierge will be happy to arrange car service for you, public transportation is steps away and can take you all over Long Island or directly to New York City.
