Meyer Design, Inc. is a national architecture and design firm that has more than 40 years of experience. They work with senior living communities from the infancy stages of concept ideation to completion and throughout building operation. Their intuitive and progressive mindset in the senior living space resonates with today’s senior adult population.
E.W. Howell was the pre-construction and construction management partner on transforming this community into a senior living residence. With more than 130 years of experience, E.W. Howell has been a fixture in New York City and Long Island.
The design aesthetic is meant to mimic a mixture of the Long Island beaches and the posh milieu of New York City as seen with the large, airy spaces, ample natural light, indoor and outdoor pool, and pastel finishes. It invokes a sense of being on vacation which can be found through the design elements all throughout the community.
