It may be the last days of August, but there’s always a reason to be excited with anticipation when you live at The Residences. We’ve been having so much fun this summer with our poolside celebrations, themed events, daytime trips, and in-house performances. Time’s gone by so fast!

Hole in One, August 31st, 10:30am, Putting Green
Practice your short game on our putting green and test your skills against others. Our residents are ready to take on all competition! We’ll meet you at the putting green.
Coconut Cocktails, September 2nd, 4pm, Bistro & Sports Bar
As if we needed a reason to have a cocktail…but we’ve got one. It’s World Coconut Day, which means we’re serving coconut drinks. Join us for Happy Hour, meet our residents, hang out by the pool, and enjoy a relaxing Thursday night.
Labor Day BBQ, September 4th, 12:30pm, Outdoor Pool & Kitchen
Bring your swimwear and your appetite. We’re celebrating the unofficial end to the summer as we lounge poolside and eat by our outdoor kitchen. Sounds like the perfect way to spend Labor Day!
